Hi there my name is peter and I live in Westgate in Kent I am the editor of Restaurant Equipment and PK Fragrance.

I started out writing reviews on Restaurant Equipment as a bit of fun as I used to do a bit of work in the kitchens, but my real passion is on PK Fragrance.

I first got involved in the beauty world about 12 years ago when I was made redundant form working in a factory, I needed to get work quick, I did find a job quick and that was for Boots Warehouse in Aldershot, they gave me a job in the fine fragrance department, I thought oh my god I am going to take a bit of stick from my mates about working with perfumes and cosmetics, I was right they gave me the nickname perfume Pete, but I did not care it was work and it was good paid work with great discounts as well.

Well I made quite a few friends there and we did have a great laugh as there were many people there on my wave length.

The other great thing about the job was getting to know all the different fragrances, this came in handy when choosing presents for people as I would ask them what type of perfumes do they like, floral, fresh, spicy sweet etc, then I was able to narrow it down and buy the right fragrance for them.

So this is why I decided to build a review site on fragrance and cosmetics, I get joy whilst I am writing and as I write I think of the great times I had at Boots Warehouse with all my friends.
