My first 42inch Plasma TV cost me £2500 and that was a few years back and trust me when I say I would be lucky to get £300 now (its about right).
The Toshiba Regza 42C3030D is very cheap at around the £800 mark and I would love to be corrected if I said this was the cheapest 42 inch LCD television online.
(Please do correct me by leaving a comment as I am just guessing).
The specs are very impressive for the cost of this TV (see the full specs on cheap TV)
How low will prices go on large screen TV’s? well time will let us know but I guess they will keep dropping.
One thing is for sure with most technology and that is prices will keep going down as more people buy the products and new technology comes out.
